The basis principles incorporated in given model:

• Particles break up to particles of which they consist.
• Fundamental particles are born and die only pairs: a particle-antiparticle.
• The orbital motion, is main principle of a structure of a substance, and is observed at all levels of its structure: from a galaxy, down to atom, and below.
• The electrically charged leptons are retained in the orbits by an electric field, electrically neutral leptons - a gravitational field.
• The peak velocity of an electron or the positron which is taking off at -decay of a particle, is equal to his former orbital velocity.
